The Yogurt Diet

Someone mentioned to me a few months ago about the yogurt diet. I had never heard of it, so I decided to do a little research on it myself. After looking at a few different plans, I decided that starting this coming Monday, I am going to try this diet for a month and see how it works.


Breakfast:

1 container of yogurt
1 cup of warm green tea


Lunch:

Sliced cucumbers w/ salt and pepper
1 container of yogurt
1 cup of warm green tea


Dinner:

Cucumber and tomato salad
1 cup of green beans
1 container of yogurt
1 cup of warm green tea


I'm the type of person that gets sick of eating something over and over, so I think I am going to change it up a bit. Instead of green beans every time, I am going to switch it up every other day with asparagus and maybe even corn. I will also look for something else in place of the tomato because I just don't like tomatoes. 

I read tons of good reviews on this diet, so I'm excited to see what it can do for me. I will also be working out 3-4 times a week. Once I start the diet, I will post a blog a day for the 30 days that I am on it.
