Up At 4am!

So I definetly went to bed at 8 last night. I had a headache and Liliana was asleep, so I decided to just go to bed. I haven't been sleeping good lately, but even after waking up at 4 this morning, I feel like I got a good nights sleep. Feeling a little under the weather today, so I'm going to take it easy and get as much rest as my daughter will let me. Speaking of weather, it's raining in Tucson! As most of you know, Tucson rarely ever rains, so this is a nice change. It's really chilly outside too, so I had the heater on for a little bit earlier this morning to try to get the house a littler warmer for Lily.

Lily is going to be 5 months this month. It just blows my mind how fast time has gone by. Mike should be coming home soon, so I know all he's going to want to do is spend the lost time with Lily. He's going to be amazed by how different she is. She isn't the same baby that she was when he left. She was a month and a half and when he comes back, she'll be 6 months. She's filled in now, with baby rolls on her arms and legs. She's got big, chunky cheeks. Pretty big, blue eyes and long eyelashes. Her hair is getting thicker and darker, and her soft spot is almost completly gone. Little things that have changed.
She's been eating a little bit of baby food here and there. At this point, we are just trying to get her taste buds going. We are trying out different ones to see what she likes and doesn't like. She's also starting to eat baby crackers. From what I see, she isn't going to be very picky. Liliana is the drool MONSTER. Sometimes I even have to change her outfits because they get soaked!
I'm going to make an appointment sometime this month for her to get some Christmas pictures taken. I want to send out Christmas cards to friends and family this year. Since I have free time, I'm doing little stuff like that that I wouldn't normally do.

I start school back up on Jan 17th. With my family being gone and Mike working, I'm going to have to work around that schedule. I'm going to see if my sister could work something out with me if Mike won't be able to. Maybe she could go during the day and then I could go at night and she could watch Lily for a couple of hours. I guess I'll have to figure something out soon.

My sister is moving to Tucson from Phoenix :) Really excited that she'll be closer and be able to see me and Lily more. We'll be going to the same school too, so we can maybe take a class together and help each other out. It'll be nice to have someone here when my parents and brother move.
