I got to talk to Mike for longer than 15 minutes finally. Feels like a weights been lifted off of my shoulders. Also, got some very good news! He was told that they could be coming back late December, early November. Which means he'll be here for our 1 year anniversary! I know I shouldn't get my hopes up because it's the military, but i can't help it. I planned on sending his care package off today, but since it's Labor Day, I'll have to wait until tomorrow.
I went to Walgreens yesterday and printed out 22 pictures to send to him. I'm going to end up having to send him 2 boxes because I have so much, it'll be cheaper to send in 2 small boxes than in one giant one.
He said it should get there in a week, so I'm hoping that my care package is the first he gets haha.
